Distance Sales Agreement

Notice: This agreement is governed by the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Parties

Seller: Agarta Plus Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş.
Buyer: The customer who places an order through the website.

Subject

The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the relevant legislation.
