Return Policy

Service Classes

Some services, such as digital services and custom software development, cannot be returned once delivery has commenced. This is in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Hardware Returns

Hardware products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Software Returns

For packaged software with a physical medium, the return period is 14 days from delivery, provided the package seal has not been broken.
